• Focuses on the individual spirit, not the individual biography
• Gives energy to help other persons come to their vision rather than generating his own
  

  Asks questions:
  

  1. Who in our midst is not being heard?
  2. Who has something to offer which is not yet received?
  3. Who can get underneath the verbiage and self promotion to uncover deeper issues and concerns?

QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE IF, WHEN, AND WHY
THE ENLIVENING SPIRIT SPEAKS TO YOU

1. Do you detect a tendency to bring out another person’s spirit for its own sake?
2. Are you sensitivities to another person’s uniqueness or specialness? Does that upset you? Or do you cherish it?
3. When did you become aware of these sensitivities? Can you recall instances of this experience?
4. Have you been able to create that space for spirit where the others spirit will respond to you?
